Un dissabte a Kerteminde

A les 9:30 ens esperaven al pavelló de Keterminde perquè comencava el gymshow. Els nens hi anaven sense gaires ganes perquè pensaven que serien quatre criatures a qui hauríem d'aplaudir per compliment i... Mare meva! S'han anat succeint grups que de vegades constaven de més de dos-cents gimnastes. Equips mixtos que alternaven gimnàstica esportiva amb balls (impactant tantes persones omplint tota la pista i ballant)  i, el més impressionant, com desmuntaven aquells matalassos que anaven de punta a punta de la pista i tota mena de material. Cal afegir que si el programa deia que tal show comencava a les 11:49, ho feia. Puntualitat!

Tot seguit hem anat al aquari, on hem participat d´un espectacle a l´aire lliure. Feina molt de fred!

At 9:30 in the morning, we went to a gymshow in a close town's gym. The kids didn't really wanted to go there because they thought that is would be four small kids jumping arround whose we would have to applaude, and we found that sometimes there even were some performances with more than 200 dancers on the stage! Mixed teams that went between gymnastics and dances (which was shocking because of all the people filling the gym and dancing) and, the best thing of all, how they placed and took all the couches and material for each part. Also, if they said that it started at 11:49, it started at 11:49.

Next, we went to the aquarium, in which we went to a outdoors show. It was very cold! 

En acabar i tot visitant el poble, ens hem topat amb una botigueta molt maca, on una gran xocolata calenta ens ha fet entrar en calor.

When we finished, we stumbled upon a nice shop, on which a hot chocolate helped us warm up.

A fora nevava i nevava, i en arribar a l´escola ha estat molt maco veure tot el pati nevat.

Outside it was snowing, and when we arrived at that shool, it was pretty beautifull to see the park snowy.

 

Sopar amb les families

Les famílies van arribar puntualment amb cistelles plenes de menjar. En un moment el vestíbul, grandíssim perquè també fa de pati molts dies, es va convertir en un animat menjador.

The families arrived punctually with bags full of food. At a certain moment, there was a lot of people in there.

 Les professores Katherine i Helle van venir al sopar. Aquí tenim la Katherine amb el Xavier Andreu. El professorat danès és en general molt acollidor, però aquestes dues companyes i el Heino dediquen tantes hores al nostre intercanvi que mereixen tot el nostre reconeixement.

The teachers, Katherine and Helle came to the dinner. In the photo there are Katherine and one of our teachers called Xavi Andreu. The danish teachers where reallt nice to us, but these two teachers and Heino put so much time into us that they deserve our thanks.

Una de les mares ens va explicar que aquest postre té un nom impronunciable . Si no ets capac de pronunciar-lo, no el pots tastar... Tots vam aconseguir-ho.

One of the mothers told us that this desert has a name impossible to say. If you can't say it, you can't eat it.Of course, everyone manahed to do it.

 Durant els parlaments vam agrair en danès totes les atencions rebudes.

In the speches we thanked the danish people for all their time they put into us.

Vam regalar unes làmines de Picasso a l'escola i als professors que ens havien acollit a casa seva.

Quan ens vam acomiadar de les famílies només vam sentir lloances dels vostres fills. Podeu estar-ne molt contents!

When we ended the party we only heard good things about the kids. We were very happy!

Primera nit a l'escola

Comportament mesurat però malgrat tot d'alegria. Perfecte.
Una festa de pijames en un magnífic escenari perquè podien fer una capcinadeta i anar al gimnàs a fer uns quants encistellaments. I no patiu, la temperatura no baixa dels 20 graus enlloc.
Ja hem esmorzat i aviat marxarem a Kerteminde al festival de gimnàstica.

A nice behaviour but a happy one. Perfect.
A slumber party but in a nice place because they could do a little nap and they go play some basketball. And the temperature is never below 20 degrees.
We already had breakfast and we will go to Kerterminde soon to a gymshow.

Ball tradicional

Ens han ensenyat un ball tradicional, i he de dir que el ball final ha sortit prou bé. Eren parelles de danesos i catalans i feien molt de goig tots plegats.

They teached us a traditional dance, and it went pretty well. There were pairs of danish and catalan students and it was really nice.

Bonfire a l'escola de Kerteminde

Una festa sorprenent a l'escola, una bonfire. Tot l'alumnat ha preparat i degustat pa i sopa preparats per ells mateixos en una foquera.
Després de ballar danses tradicionals, hem sortit al pati perquè fa un dia fantàstic i s'ha comencat a preparar tot. Ja hi havia massa pastada i cadascú s'embolicava pasta a tires en bastons llargs que havien pelat i el coîen a les fogueres. Alguns alumnes preparaven dos calders de sopa.
Com que el pati és inacabable i té mil i un raconets amb tota mena de cabanes, alguna caseta i construccions per tenir intimitat. Fins i tot hi ha una llarga tirolina. Les comparacions amb el nostre pati no són possible. Això és un bosc i el nostre pati és...

A surprising tradition, a bonfire. All the students prepared and ate some bread and soup prepared by themselves in a firepit.
After dancing the traditional dances, we went outdoors because it was a fantastic day and we started preparing stuff. There already was some bread dough already prepared and everyone started rolling it arround sticks that they prepared and then cook it on the firepit. Some students prepared soup in a cauldron.
Because the place is so big and it has a lot of places there were some cabins and structures to play around. There even was a long zip. Compared to ours that is not possible. This is a forest and ours...

Intercanvi curs 2013-14!

Ja ha començat a caminar l'intercanvi entre l'alumnat del curs 2013-14. Avui hem fet un skype des de la classe dels nostres futurs visitants i el nostre alumnat de 3 ESO. Cal dir que ha sigut un èxit?
L'alumnat danès que arribarà l'any vinent sembla molt interessat en l'experiència i ha participat amb molta curiositat en la conversa. Quan els hem donat el quadre amb la fotografia que portàvem s'hi han abocat i s'han anat fent petits grups que repassaven totes les fesomies.
Des de Kerteminde només podem que confirmar que el tracte amb aquesta gent és sense cap mena de dubte una bona activitat educativa i una increïble experiència com a persona!

The exchange between our students and theirs for the 2013-14 year already started. Today we did a Skype call from our students to theirs, and it was a succes.
The danish people that the next year will come seems very intrested in the experience and they talked a lot on the conversation. When we gave them the frame with the picture that we carried they went to see it and examined all the faces.
From Kerterminde we can only confirm that the danish people is without any doubt a good thing and an incredible personal experience as a person!

Que fa el jovent en un lloc on es passa tot lhivern nevant?

Som al minigolf, bowling, karting en una gran nau! Us asseguro que no hi ha ningu que s'ho passi malament.
